#2 memoir

I’ve had a lot of experience dealing with good and bad events in my life(mostly bad). Half of it was caused by my dad. One time my dad woke me up and said hay son weare going fishing at the coast. I was a little pist untill he gave me some coffey and I relised what he had said. I was realy happy we were going fishing. I told him next time he should tell me we are going fishing the night before so I don’t wake up saying what the hell. We got into his car and started to drive. We stopped at a store on the way there. I got some chips and a soda and he got some beers. He had not had enything to eat so he got drunk but not till we got to the coast. When we got to the coast my dad told me it looked like good fishing. I didn’t know what good fishing looked like at the coast so I just agreed with him. When we started to walk down it was realy steep. When we got to the shore and found a pond a ways away. We started fishing but all we got were bites. My dad said that we were going to go and fish at the mouth of a river nearby. When we got there the water was to high to fish. So we had to turn around. After that the cops showed up and my dad resisted arrest because he didn’t want me to see. A cop took me to some office with an area for kids.I watched some cartoons for a while and when we left to go to the station I got to keep a stuffed animal. When I got to see my dad. I seen my dad in the worst shape I have ever seen him in my life. He said they arrested him for driving without a license. When I asked him why all I got was a look. I’ll never forget the look on his face when he asked him(shame).

#4 my friends worst day

My friends wost day was when his mother died from lung cancer. I first heard of it from his dad. When I heard I called him to ask him if he was okay. He said he got to see her right before she died. He said he thinks she waited for him to leave before she let go. He got a call as soon as he got home saying that his mom died a little after he left. I asked him if he wanted to come over to get his mind off of things. We went for a bike ride and talked about what had happened. The last thing he said to me before he left was that he was happy he got to spend some time with her before she died.
